Process
Every Coldblud project moves through the same stages. No mystery, no surprise invoices, no scope creep in week three.
We talk through what you need, who it's for, when it has to be done, and what success looks like. By the end of the call, we both know whether we're a fit. No hard sell, no follow-up barrage if it's not.
A written proposal with fixed pricing, deliverables, timeline, and crew. If you accept, we lock the shoot date and send a contract. 50% deposit on signing, 50% on delivery.
We handle the scout, the shot list, the schedule, the call sheet, the gear list, the talent prep, and the wardrobe notes. For interviews, we draft the question set with you and brief the subject so they aren't nervous on the day. You approve. We execute.
We arrive early, set up quietly, and run the day. You focus on your subject — or on getting back to work. We send same-day proxies if you want to see frames before we wrap.
First cut in 7 business days. Two rounds of revisions included. Final delivery — master file, social cuts, subtitled versions — in 10 business days from the shoot.
Composed on set. Decisive in post.
